 At MONDY's Gallery, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality art and a delightful shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

 Returns

            1.   Eligibility for Return:

• We accept returns for items purchased from our online store within 14 days of receiving the order.
• The item must be in its original condition and packaging, without any damage or alterations.
• Custom or bespoke art pieces (e.g., commissioned artwork) cannot be returned unless there is a clear defect in the product.

             2. How to Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@monysgallery.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Provide the order number, item description, and reason for return.
• We will guide you through the return process, including the return shipping address.

             3. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged during delivery.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

1. Refund Process:
   • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions.
   • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
   • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

             2. Refund Notifications:

• You will receive an email notification once your return is processed and your refund has been issued.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the order. We will offer a full refund or an exchange for the damaged artwork. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to assist us in processing your claim.

Currently, we do not offer exchanges on items purchased through MONDY's Gallery. If you wish to change your purchase, please follow the return process to get a refund and place a new order.

• Custom Artwork: Any artwork that has been customized or specifically created for you (e.g., commissioned work) is not eligible for return unless it arrives damaged or defective.
• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
